I had everything booked, scheduled and ready 3 weeks before I needed car shipping. I communicated regularly to make sure everything was on track. The afternoon before the move and the morning of the move, I could not reach anyone. Finally in the afternoon after I called 5 times "Elvis Brown" called me to say they may have a carrier there that evening and the price was nearly triple of what I confirmed would not increase. The Supervisor was yelling at me and would not let me speak. I asked for them to return my deposit. They said they would return it if I left them a good review (extortion). Still no refund and no communication.
