Horrible experience with this company. I called them on the 26th of April saying I needed my car shipped by the 14th of May. They said to set a window of (if I recall correctly) 5 business days, so we set it from May 7th to May 14th. The representative I worked with, Lindsey, was very unresponsive during the whole process and I could almost never get ahold of her. I finally get ahold of her on the 11th or 12th after trying to reach her for a few days, as I was getting worried that the date was coming up; I HAD to leave by the 14th at the absolute LATEST, and specified that to them when I called them initially. Well, the 14th comes and goes with no transport. Everyone I talk to at Easy Auto basically say there's nothing they can do except wait. I'm now across the country, and my car is stuck in Florida, and all I'm getting is a text every morning saying "still no luck!"... This is where it gets good. I decided to look up other shipping companies after 6 days past the due date. I end up calling Sherpa Auto Transport and explain the situation to them. The representative (Dillon) tells me that they super lowballed the amount, and so no drivers were going to accept that. Easy Auto quoted me $1850 (FL to OR), and Sherpa quoted me $2400. I say fine, whatever, at least this is better than nothing, and place an order with them. Literally within 2 hours they found a driver. WTF Easy Auto Ship. You had one job. And you seriously messed it up. There's so many ways this could have been better. I'll list a couple recommendations: 1. Call the owner of the car if it's not getting any bites. Tell them you need to raise the price! 2. Have more representatives to talk to! Nobody likes sitting on hold for 30 minutes! 3. Be up front about the process! Don't just let the order sit out there for two weeks. My life would have been so much easier if I would have known they were having trouble 2 days before I was leaving the state. Seriously horrible company. I really recommend not working with them. I can't say whether or not Sherpa is any good, as they haven't picked my car up yet, but please don't work with Easy Auto. They're a garbage company. Honestly don't even know how they're still in business.

Ryan, We would like to start off with apologizing for Sherpa significantly over charging you for your vehicle shipment. $1,850.00 is more than enough to ship your vehicle. Lindsay was trying to get your vehicle shipped at a reasonable price. Please understand even at the correct price, in saturated market delays do occur. In regard to your concerns with communication from Lindsay, we try to reach out periodically by phone, email, and text. We understand that we have a high call volume, as it is the shipping industry's busy season, which is why we have a chat support available on our website for a faster response time. We have also pulled call and text logs and Lindsay was communicating with you every step of the way.
