Hey there Vic,
Id first like to say thank you for your feedback, however i think out of your frustration you may have took a few things to the extreme! As you know, per the contract you signed, that the 1 to 5 business day window for pick up is ''estimated'' just as it is with anyone else. Do we have our customers vehicles picked up within that window 95% of the time, yes, we do! But, as your broker, and, not owning the trucks, sometimes things are out of our control, which, again, I am a bit surprised your so frustrated, as all of this was stated in the contract you signed. Also, as your broker, how can we or any other company ''guarantee'' you something, we are all middlemen sir, it sounds like us being honest with you is actually what frustrated you. And how early you book your order has absolutely no bearing on the outcome.
Yes, there is a shortage of drivers, as you yourself stated in your review, it is moving out season in Florida, so there are a lot of trucks coming out of there, but due to the number of cars needing shipped out of there, there are still not enough, and it is causing delays and it is indeed a shortage. We have never bit off more than we can chew sir, we do not lie to anyone either, so when you say you ''guess'' we did, I assure you that your guess is exactly that, a guess, and a bad guess! I do not ''guess'' you were wrong about that, I know it!
Your other ''guess'' about us being a small company, well we can show proof that we are one the 3 biggest, and when it comes to the amount of volume shipped, maybe there are 2 companies that might actually ship more vehicles than we do, and when I say 2, I am simply taking a guess, because I am leaning more towards 1.
What seems to be the main cause of all your frustration and your guess work, would be your claim of our ‘’lack of follow up’’ sir, and that is a bit surprising because our records indicate that your broker called you SEVERAL TIMES to update you, in fact we have screen shots of her call log that shows the attempts to call you, there are at least 20 to 30 calls on there, if not more, of us reaching out to you showing that your claim is simply not true!
Not sure what you mean by lack of apologies, we would be happy to apologize if we are wrong about something, but the mere fact that we were up front with you about all of this and even sent you a contract to sign that you indeed signed and agreed to all of this, what are we apologizing about?
I hope your day gets better, I hope your car is transported successfully, and I would suggest reading before you sign something, so you are made aware of things that you agreed to, and you won’t get frustrated about them later, and remember, if you ever do ship another car, we do offer a free car wash at the end!!
