I contacted these guys on Uship and had set everything up to move an airplane 1300 miles. I adjusted my schedule to fit around theirs and went as far as to drive up to meet them where the airplane was. The day everything was supposed to happen I got no phone call, they did not answer any of my phone calls, reply to any emails, or even call me back at all. luckily they did not take my deposit but it really did ruin an entire weekend for me and I had to find another provider that wasnt able to pick it up for another 2 weeks.
