UNBELIEVABLE!
I have never received such a level of an unprofessional and unorganized group of individuals in my entire life. For four days I was lied to and lead to believe my vehicle would be picked up. Not only did you lie to me every day regarding the "dispatch" of my vehicle, you stole $200.00 from my credit card for services you never intended to deliver. I spoke to you three times in three days and your exact words were " I have a driver in your area, he'll be there today". I spoke to another individual at your 800 number who told me on Wednesday the driver would be there between 4 & 6. When I called you just now, you tell me you are busy and cannot talk to me? How you can be allowed to run a business like that is a complete mystery to me! You took advantage of of me when my vehicle broke down 380 miles from home. I am currently unemployed and you stole my money. I will dispute this to the highest authority until you reverse these charges. I will disparage your company's name to everyone who will listen.

Ask yourself how you would react if this happened to your mother, sister, daughter or anyone you care about!

Very unprofessional! Shame on you!
