In advance of the purchase of a new truck from a dealership in Wisconsin, I set up shipping with Aron from Elite Global Transport. He gave me a quote of $675 total door to door to ship my 2014 F-150 to Florida and he charged me a $125 deposit. The truck was supposed to be picked up on Thursday and delivered by the weekend. I did not receive any correspondence Thursday or Friday after leaving voicemails and emails. I Finally made contact on Saturday and was told there computers were down and he would call me right back. After waiting over 4 hours I call back. I was then told he was out to lunch and would call when he returned to the office. Again, no call back. I called again and was told he would have a driver there to pick up the truck by Monday night. I received no correspondence all weekend. On Monday I called and again was told he was at lunch and he would call me back. I didn't hear back from Aron until 4:30pm, after I left voice mail and email stating that I was canceling the contract. I requested a refund but did not receive a response. I took time off work to be home to accept delivery of the truck. Because of his dishonesty I have to delay the pick up for the vehicle even longer due to being out of town for the next 10 days for work. Elite Global Transport and Aron lied to me and wasted my time and money. This is just bad business.
