Anyone considering a long haul across canada or to the US should stay clear of Elliott Equine Hauling !! They are rude , extremely unprofessional and are not people friendly. They play head games with their customers and will leave you hanging, when they touch base with you they are very rude and demanding. They left me hanging for dates prices and made me change all my boarding etc to accommodate their time frame not mine just strung me along to let me know after they said I was good to go last minute that I've lost my spot all because they can't seem to check their junk mail for emails after I sent 3 different transfers for deposits !!! And there response was hurry up I'm online do it now again !!! Who says that to a customer !!!'

Not only did I find out they had a really bad rep for myself but apparently I'm not the only one , horses have been stranded on the boarder, papers lost and they treat customers like crap !!! I wouldn't let this company haul my horse or any horse for that matter !!!!
