Horse transported from Canada to Texas. Rude. Uncooperative. No communication. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE.
First, there was very little communication to begin with. She refused to talk to me, but rather the horse owner. I had no support on getting everything done for the border crossing. Absolutely NO communication was given about where the horse was, or how he was doing. She was days late in picking him up, due to weather, however, she stopped the truck halfway here because the "payment" hadn't gone through. They had been sitting on the card information for WEEKS, yet stopped the truck the day of, in the heat. Very little communication on that end as well, besides "pay, or I can't drop him off". Ridiculous. Driver was wearing pajamas and flip flops when she got out of the vehicle.
No communication. Horse unloaded on average condition, but definitely looked like she hadn't been off the truck in 3 days.
I will not be using them again. I will never recommend them to anyone either.
