Absolutely horrible

She was 15 days late. On the day of pickup she was 6 hours late, picking the horse up at 11pm. She managed to colic the horse, who's traveled 10s of thousands of miles in a trailer and I had never had this horse colic before in the thousands of miles I've ridden him and eight years I owned him. Kim was unhelpful, lazy, and always had an excuse as to why she wasn't there. None of it being her fault. I wouldn't recommend her to haul your garbage, more or less a live animal.

The trailer was dirty. I dont think she ever off loaded the horse. It took her 30 hrs to get to reno, where the horse had to be left at a vet because it was colicing. The trip from here to there with horses is roughly 17 hours of driving time(I've done it 7 times myself with this horse).Managed to take her 30 hours and she didn't get to reno until 4am. So Kim either detoured or more likely stopped and slept, but never took the horses off. Avoid her like the plague
