wow horrible service and damaged vehicle

first off i transported many vehicles with different carriers. this one was by far the worst. when i needed to contact somone i keep getting my calls hung up on, or the owner saying "bro" after every sentence was not professional. when they needed to pick up my vehicle i had to drive 10 miles in a circle because he said his driver "lost" the transport truck.....they say its door to door, but i had to drive to his truck.

when the vehicle arrived the driver beyond damaged the vehicle in front of me with a flat tire so he couldnt move the car out of the way to get mine off. i even drove him to a gas station to buy a pump but when we arrived he expected US to buy the pump. anyhow somehow he just drove the damaged flat tire car and the vehicle fell of the truck and was hanging sideways. my new neighbors called the police thinking they were trying to steal the vehicle. my vehicle was also damaged on my door. a HUGE dent i have not seen or have on the paperwork that shows damages. he said its not his fault and kinda just told me to shrug it off. after i got the claim papers to file it and the owner said he will come by to take a look at it since his office is only a few miles down, he NEVER came and never picks up my calls now. he will get a call from my sister in law, which luckily is a lawyer. it took 20 days for the car to get delivered, and 10 days for it to get picked up. i would never recomend this carrier. there address is:
