First off i have to say that I have never used a auto transport service prior using Enterprise.
Needless to say i was nervous about how I go about selecting a company and who can I trust with quality service, deposits, maintaining the time of the delivery schedule, uncharges and etc.
The other concern I discovered i had came from the many emails and phone calls from the responding transporters after listing my vehicle with the dispatchers. While I live in Pittsburgh, PA the vehicle I listed was sitting in Grand Junction, CO I was informed that in the winter months of February this area is sort of a dead area for pickups by carriers. I soon realized that they were right. Not only did I received high estimates but i received long delivery dates to ones with delivery time frame.
Well my worries soon went away when i received a email and phone call from Rena at Enterprise auto transport services. Once I started talking to her and listening to her I had the feeling that this sounds like a person I can trust, although i still wasn't convinced...until. After a few days she said she had lined up a driver to go from Denver,CO to Grand Junction,Co to pick up my vehicle and return it to Denver for off and on loading the vehicle to a cross country transporter, and at a price the was very reasonable. I was given a delivery date of four days. After the her transporter picked up my vehicle he was was in daily contact with me updating his progress. Two and a half days later he arrived with a full load including my vehicle. we met and unloaded my vehicle at a convenient unloading area and the deal was complete. Needless to say I tipped the driver.
If I ever have to use a auto transport service i will certainly be calling Rena for her services and i also highly recommend her services to that individual that needs special delivery attention with a person who has the creativity to put a special delivery together.
