BEWARE that you are signing up for 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES if you choose to go with Evergreen.

AMY from Evergreen DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the delivery and transport TIMELINESS of the vehicle, her job is ONLY to assign a RANGE OF DATES. Evergreen Auto only does ESTIMATED scheduling and billing for pickup. Her company ASSIGNS ANOTHER COMPANY to do the actual transport and delivery of your vehicle.

Your Car Transport= (Evergreen Auto, which estimated scheduling only) + (Unknown Assigned Company contracted by Evergreen)

YOU MAY HAVE TAKE SEVERAL DAYS OFF WORK so that you can ensure that your car shipped and delivered from estimated time using Evergreen Auto. We shipped car from Illinois to California. We waited 4days additional from estimated dates total. We waited 2 days from estimated pickup- as several times throughout the two days, we called and the times kept getting pushed back. We had to wait another 2 days from estimated delivery of the vehicle, again we call several times were during the estimated day and kept getting times pushed back. Fortunately, our vehicle arrived in good condition late night, and only needed a car wash.

When we contacted Evergreen Auto about the timing, they DO NOT CARE if the pickup or delivery was not on time from the estimate day because it is not responsible for that part, and as it says that everything is only an estimate, and the other company did the other part!
