POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a written quote for $538. I ended up paying $575, $37 MORE than the quotation I had in writing. Staff did NOT tell me that the balance had to be paid with a Cashier's check. I was told this by the driver when he arrived. So I had to rush to get Cashier's check while the driver waited.
Staff also DID NOT explain your policy regarding deposits made with credit card. I work at a BMW Dealership and we move vehicles all the time. I would NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY.

We gave Jackie our best price cash or check instead of credit card. She decided to use her credit card and pay the extra amount. she could have paid via check by phone or fax. We always offer the lowest price we can. We don't even charge your credit card or deposit your check until you car is asigned to a carrier. We are sorry that Jackie was unhappy with our service.
