Bernie was excellent. She took the time to walk me through the entire process. Usually, I don't have to ship my own vehicle, but she made it nearly seamless for me. She was patient and responsive and her compassion about my line of work was noteworthy. The car was delivered almost to the exact time the transport sent. I was contacted the entire trip for tracking and this exceeded my expectations. If I have to do this again, I will contact Excellent Auto Transport first.
