Excellent Auto Transport is the only company you need to contact if you are planning to transport your vehicle. Bernie's voice, the person you speak to when you call, will make you feel you are in excellent hands from the first moment you speak to her. I needed to transport a Toyota Yaris from Lynn, Massachusetts to Sacramento, California for my son who was moving there to start his Master's Degree. Every company I called wanted from 1,400 to $1,600. I felt so unsure and confused on who to go with because everyone tells you horrible stories about other vehicle transport companies. As I kept on searching the Internet, I discovered Excellent Auto Transport by accident. I read some reviews online and decided to give Bernie a call. What a difference!!! I felt I could trust her from the moment she picked up. She did the research and gave me a quote that never changed, $1275. She sent me a copy of the contract with the driver's phone number and the company's phone as well. The transport company contacted me and picked up my car the next day. Instead of taking 7-10 days to transport my car, it only took five days. I was able to call the driver and check on the car. I called Bernie twice to ask some other questions I had and she was always there to answer my questions. If I ever need to transport my car, I will always do it through Excellent Auto Transport. They are excellent!!! Don't waste your time and stop putting your information online to get a good quote, Excellent Auto Transport is the best!!!
You will never feel rushed, forced to do anything you don't want to do, trust Bernie, she felt like a mother to me. She contacted a transport company she uses a lot and made sure the drivers and the company had the legal requirements: licenses up to date and insurance to fully cover the vehicle. My son received a phone call a day before the delivery day. The driver was very nice and the car was in perfect condition. I recommend this company to everyone, go with Excellent Auto Transport, you will be in great hands!

Good morning, Sandra! Wow! Thank you so much for the kind words. I always say there is a story with every transport. When Moms see their son or daughter go off to college like you are you want to help all you can and sending their car is very important. You want everything to go good. I am so glad I could help. I like to take the mystery our of car transport. It is just a process when everyone works together. You were a pure joy to work with. There are always a lot of moving parts to car transport and you "got it" and understood and it all worked. We are a family business helping other families and understand the questions you have.
