I fell victim to the "oh we can do that for less" trick, as per Exceptional. I was told and quoted $860 - Oregon to Illinois. After 4 or 5 days of nothing (me calling them everyday), I was told oh for $200 more we can pick the car up today. I complained several times, suddenly my calls went unanswered and everyone was in "meetings". After days of that I agreed to pay more as I needed the car. Oddly enough after I agreed my calls were returned and the car was moving. Its not the carrier its the broker that is horrible. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
