Needed to have my mom's car moved from AZ to PA. First car carrier we contracted with took our deposit but failed to show up to pick up the vehicle. I was already gun-shy when I got Rodney on the phone. His customer service was really excellent. He saw the bind I was in and coordinated the pickup and delivery of the vehicle for me. The process was easy (thought it would be hard because I was now NOT in the same state as the car!) we were able to do everything via phone and email. Car was delivered by a very courteous and timely driver (Adry?) and even though it was sort of covered with bugs and corn husks from the c ross-country drive, it was in great shape!
My heartfelt thanks to Rodney and the folks at Exceptional for making this happen for my Mom, and for doing exactly what you said you would do - after another company FAILED!!!
