WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the WORST auto transport service ever. Here are terrible things that they had done to me.

1. First, the driver ask me to driver 12 miles to some gas station to give the car to him. Is it a door to door service? How can I go back home after I gave him my car? I understand that truck drivers don't drive through some small roads, but I was living on a wide major road. After I decline, the driver kept saying bad words to me, call me trouble maker. WTF!

2. On the day before delivery, I called the driver to make sure if they can arrive on time. The driver complains why I always mess him up. This guy was totally ridiculous!

3. They finally delivered the car, but at 1AM. I found that there were a lot of scratches. When I talked about these to the driver, he denied it and even said F*** word to me. What a terrible service!!!

4. The arguments with the company about the scratches is still going on so far after 3 weeks.

Do NOT use their service. NEVER! NEVER!!!

I regre that this customer is on happy with the service he received from us. We realize that the customer lives on a wide street but it is difficult for a driver to take cars off when there are traffic on the streets. It is easier for him to take off in a large shopping area. Driver offered to pay for cab service to bring cutomer to location of drop and cutomer was upset. Brokers can promise door to door service but if conditions is not safe we have to make adjustments. The driver was repremanded for his language to customer. As far as the scratches to vehicle, we did not acknowledge any scratches but we provided customer with insurance to make a claim if need.
