I was a little scared about paying the deposit and letting my car go, but they were very detailed about all the steps that were involved into delivering my car from point A to point B.
Something that people should be aware is that most of these companies (maybe all) are brokers, they don't own their trucks so once an order is placed that order is apperantly sent to dispatch where all the carriers see and they (carriers) pick and choose what order to pick up. Meaning that you order could be in dispatch for a minute :(
Obviously the higher the payout is for the carrier the quicker the order gets chosen the less they are getting the longer your order will be posted... so if you are going to choose a company don't go for the cheapest unless you have time and could afford to pay the deposit and wait for a carrier to pick up your order, I learned this the hard way with another company, the good thing was that my deposit was refundable but not all companies will give your deposit back so be careful!!!!!!
Executive 1 Auto Transport wasn't the cheapest but was very informative, honest and efficient! Will def do business with them again :D
