Per Jenny driver would be there to pick up car on 2/14 to pick up car between the hours of 10 and 12.
No show No call no communication,I contacted Jenny that afternoon at 5 pm said she had no idea driver never showed,came back with excuse truck problems.
Jenny then said driver would be out following day to pick up the vehicle,again no show no call.
More and more excuses and was told if i didnt like it to cancel the transport.This after 2 days of waiting.
Jenny said would have another truck on way again, Jenny never answered the phone ,rude and nasty text messages.waited till 2/21 finally had to cancel and leave car in Missouri.
