The problem is with the office- Driver excellent

I used a broker to procure my transport with exotic. In hindsight, I would go directly to exotic or a carrier instead of wasting money on a broker.
Exotic had some shitty ratings from awhile back so i was a little leery when the broker hired them, but overall, they delivered my nice new BMW 650i without a scratch and the driver, Sal, was the best person at Exotic. As far as their front office is concerned, they treated me like i was bothering them when i asked where my $ 50,000 car was after four days on the road. They originally told me that the drop off time was going to be about 9 days, and I thought that was ridiculous from Texas, since i had a previous car delivered in three days. But the office people assured me that was the worst case scenario, and they already picked up my car so i was stuck. Finally on Sunday, 7 days later, i received a call from Sal the driver, and he gave me his cell and told me he'd be at my house a day early, which was fine. And he showed up on time.
Overall, Exotic's driver saved their asses and if they want to continue making money maybe they can have the driver's teach the office numb nuts how to be cordial and accommodating.
Based on the condition of my car, i would use them again, but I'd want a faster delivery and some communication.
