Dealing with this company is a joke (although drivers were nice)

The experience with this company got off to a rocky start. Pickup was scheduled for June 2, but truck did not arrive until June 4. Having seen the company had an F BBB rating and a poor rating on transportreviews.com we were asking ourselves how it was the broker selected THIS transport company (if we had known better we would have went straight to a reputable car carrier company to transport our vehicles). Driver was great, and the truck already had a luxury vehicle on it, so he joked about driving extra careful. He also talked about the company transporting the vehicle of an NBA star in the past. Sounds great. Eight days later (from TX to MA? 8 days? Broker did say 8 days was max. but 5-6 days was more typical) our vehicles were delivered on June 12, two days after June 10, the date that we had told the broker the cars would have to be delivered by else we would not be able to inspect them on delivery and we would have to make alternate transportation arrangements. June 10 was the date the broker put in writing for us for delivery. Cars looked good on the outside, although some grimey handprints were present in both vehicles and I noticed a little bit of epoxy on the inside of the car next to the mirror. A couple of weeks later while washing the car off popped the driver side mirror. Now it made sense where the epoxy came from. I contacted Exotic, and John Ward (claims manager) initially insinuated that everything would be taken care of and I thought they would cover a new mirror once I submitted the damage pictures and a quote for another mirror ($156). Wrong. He initially says I told him the mirror was already epoxied, and the epoxy weakened and failed when I washed the car. Huh, when did I tell him the mirror was already epoxied? I correct him, then he responds that I am also claiming that delivery was held up several days to do a crappy repair job to my car. Huh, when did I tell him several days were needed for the repair? I sent him a video to show the extent of the damage and how it could readily be repaired the way it was (poorly) with epoxy in 15 minutes. Basically, John already had in his mind he was going to deny the claim and then tried to come up with justifications for denial. Unfortunately we didn't take a before/after video of the entire car. But we also had no idea that we would be dealing with the auto transport company from hell.
