Long story short. 5 days late picking up. 2 days late dropping off. They drove past the drop off city so we had to drive 30+ miles to pickup the car. Car was damaged - over 4 feet in total scratches. Driver signed off on Bill of Landing of additional damage. Called Dawn to inform her about damage. I was cursed out, yelled at, told I was a scammer and then hung up on. Called again and asked to be spoken to in a regular demeanor and not yelled at and cursed at. They continued to curse me out, yell and hung up on me again. Also, the driver tried to purchase marijuana from us when they picked up the car. No wonder my car is all damaged... These guys are horrible and should not be in business. Owner Dawn is a nightmare and a grungy human being. Treats clients like dodo if there is an issue. I will be working out my issues directly with their insurance provider. I don't deserve to be treated like sum when they damaged my Benz...
