DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I spoke with Ben on 06/04/2010 for a specific pick up date for my car from MA to CA (june 17). I told him that I will leave MA next day after the pick up day. He garranteed the pick up date and quoted my at $875.00. On June 14, 15, 16, I caled Jonathan to confirm the pick upfor the June 17 day. I was assured that the car will be picked up on that date. On the 17th at 3PM I called Jonathan and he said that they are running late and my car cannot be picked up until Monday the 21. I had to pay a neighbour for parking of my car until Monday the 21 when the car was picked up. During the transport time, the quote has been changed to $975.00 for a specific date pickup. I called the company regarding pick up, delivery information after the June 21 and they had no idea about my car. I requestede refund and Jonathan has been very rude and unprofessional. He said that I should have a lot of money to hire an attorney, if I want my $100.00 back. I will make a formal complain with the BBS. They should not be in business. I sent a complain e-mail to Ben- no response.

We only charge based on the contract and the provisions therein, this customer has reservations after signing the contract, which is always the case and refuses to pay at the end. We cannot overcome this problem since no one wants to pay!!!!!!!
