1. Once I started my discovery, online. for an auto transport company I was bombarded with e-mail, text messages and telephone calls. These calls, text messages and e-mails continued, UNSOLICITED, well after the car was enroute to Atlanta.


2. Some of the calls were NOT pleasant and I found many of compay representatives unprofessional, demanding and not customer service oriented.


3. I agreed to have my car shiipped from Phoenix to Atlanta with FASTTRACK AUTO CARRIERS //Order # 35022-UU // Rep ID ARON for a TOTAL of $600.

I further agreed to have my credit card charged on May 12, 2014 for a deposit of $100.

I was instructed by Aron to be prepared to pay by cash, money order or cashier's check in the sum of $500 when my carr arrived in Atlanta.

5. On May 16th, I receive a call from FERN TRANSPORT advising they will be my assigned carrier. HOWEVER; the cost is now $625 due at the pickup point in the same form of payment descirbed in

** HOW DID THE COST OF TRANSPORTING MY VEHICLE GO FROM $600 TOTAL TO $725 ? **

I am relocating my entire family this summer from Phoenix to Atlanta. I have three (3) cars that will need to be tranported by a carrier. I have learned a valuable lessson from my expereince relative to your industry and how you do business.
