The office that booked the service was very good. The driver was nice and wanted to please but his timing of when the car was to delivered was off by at least a day and was dropped of at 9 PM. It was good my granddaughter had her uncle to be with her as the car was dropped off at a remote location. We were never told that was the case. Lastly better communication/delivery updates would be helpful.
