I brokered my transport and was called by Eugene from First Coice Auto Express. He explained he wanted to pick-up my transport since he was already delivering cars to my area and would be passing through the town I live in. He seemed genuine and led me to believe this would be a quick easy transport. He explained he had already contacted the seller to arrange pick-up fo the car and I verified this with the seller and everything seemed like it was going to be a smooth transport. Eugene explained he would pick the car up at 8A and it would be delivered the same day. I expected the transport to arrive around 5p-11p depending on traffic and other unforseeable conditions.

However, the transport never came. I tried to contact Eugene with no success. When i checked my email, the seller had sent me an email explaining that no one had picked the car up and wanted further instructions on what to do. The next couple of days I called and left numerous messages for a return call about this transport and to let me know why the car had not been picked up and to arrange for another delivery day.

I also contacted the broker, DASH and they told me they had been trying to contact the transporter for me and would let me know the outcome.

Needless to say, another company has picked up the transport and still no return call from First Choice Auto Express. DO NOT USE THEM.
