First Experience Shipping A Vehicle and it was AWESOME!

This was our first time shipping a vehicle. We went online, looked at many reviews, websites, and filled out a request form. Then the chaos began! Companies began calling and sending email by the boat load. It can be overwhelming. Some companies were trying to pressure us to use them and spoke badly about competitors. It truly was difficult to determine which company was being honest. Trying to make the right decision wasn't easy. We never did anything like this before and we needed this vehicle ASAP. The vehicle we were shipping is a handicapped accessible van with a lowered floor. We needed people who knew what they were doing when it comes to specialty vehicles. One of the local mobility dealers recommended First Choice. WE ARE SO VERY GLAD that they did!!! First Choice was not one of the 26 companies that contacted us when we filled out the online quote forms that you fill out to get quotes from many companies with one form. Not knowing the mobility dealer well, we decided to call First Choice to ask questions. The person that we spoke with is Shelly. After we asked many (MANY MANY) questions, we decided to take a chance. We were so afraid... we kept second guessing the shipping process... and it's normal when you do something like this the first time. We received the agreement forms from Shelly and once we read them.. we freaked out. We called and asked more questions. The agreement had so many things on it. It sounds crazy... but this vehicle means the world to us and we had to be sure that the company was really reliable, insured, and experienced. Shelly took her time answered EVERY question and she provided the information that we needed. We decided to go with First Choice. I know this review is long... I don't really write them often.. but we want to say... DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL FIRST CHOICE. They picked up in New York on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. No damage, no hassles, GREAT courteous driver, GREAT price. We now have our vehicle and can safely transport our son. THAT IS PRICELESS. Shelly and First Choice ROCKS! Thank you so much.
