My car was scheduled to be picked up from Mckinney Texas, 05/22/18(Tuesday)-05/23/18 (Wednesday) and be delivered to Jersey within 3-4 days. It wasn’t picked up neither days. They told me that It would be picked up the next day, 05/24/18 (Thursday), I already paid the $100 deposit, so decided to still go through with it. The next day came, the driver still didn’t pick up my car so I decided to drop it off where he was located, I had a flight to Jersey that same day which I almost missed because I dropped off the car. I asked the person who set it up for me when I would get my car, she said by Saturday, the 26th. Saturday came, nothing. I didn’t really think much of it because they did say the car was supposed to be in Jersey within 3-4 days so it could be back by Monday the latest.Monday comes, nothing. I call and they say Tuesday the car would get here. Tuesday comes, nothing. I call and now it’s Thursday. These people are extremely unprofessional, they don’t even call to give you updates or anything. I had to constantly call them.
