My experience with First Class Auto Transport of Fontana California (a.k.a. West Coast Auto Transport - hmm I wonder why they needed another name...) was pathetic. Condition of the vehicle when delivered was ridiculous - damage to top, fenders, doors, trunk, etc. When contacted about the situation First Class did nothing but promise to "look at the situation", the owner would "get back to me", etc. He never responded to repeated phone calls, letters, legal representation, Better Business Bureau, Goverment agencies - you name it. The BBB already had them blacklisted, I only wished I had checked before using. This ongoing dispute still has not been settled 6 months later.
