This was my first time using a transport company to ship my car and I must say I was surprised how smoothly everything went. I initially chose First Rate due to the competitive pricing but was also pleased with the level of service I received. Christian my coordinator was true to his word and pricing from the very beginning which was a huge relief when trying to plan a move across the country. His communication and availability to speak with me were excellent. The transport truck came during the time window I was given and arrived at my location quicker than I would have imagined. I was shipping an Infiniti Coupe and Jeep SUV. Overall I would use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car shipper. Thanks!
