Excellent transport!

We recently used First Rate Auto Transport for moving our CRV from Texas to Florida. We chose this transporter on the recommendation of our first choice which was unable to provide service. I spoke to Christian Rodney who explained everything in detail and took time to answer all my queries. One can feel the professionalism of the company during the initial conversation itself. i received a very reasonable and competitive price quote after providing the details, and confirmed the booking. We were not charged any amount at all till delivery was done.

Christian communicated once a transporter was identified and confirmed the date and time of pickup. The pick up was on time. we actually had to request a delay of one day in delivery since we were not going to be in Florida on time. Right on schedule we received a call and had the delivery day confirmed. The delivery was on time. The car was a little dirty since during the loading and unloading the drivers handle the car and they are little dirty with all this work. We should have covered up the driver's area in plastic or something. However, these were minor smudges only and we could still use the car without any problem till the next service.

We paid the agreed amount in cash to the driver. Remaining amount was charged to the card as per the agreement. Overall, it was a great experience transporting the vehicle with First Rate. The communication was timely, professional and excellent. All commitments were adhered to and there were no last minutes changes. Great experience! I recommend First Rate Transport strongly and will definitely use them for my next transport.
