Although we contacted Kenny and Pam directly many times during the transporting of our vehicle, they did not complain. They didn't seem to mind at all that we periodically checked on the truck's location - they were very understanding to our concerns, and very pleasant to talk with. As this was the first time we ever used a car transport company, we naturally had questions and worries. However, Kenny was helpful, honest, reliable, and very flexible when it came to meeting our timelines. In fact, we had a vacation booked for a departure of March 2nd, so it was imperative the car got delivered by March 1st. Although many customers may have held Kenny up along the way (it appears he is very patient in waiting for people to pick-up their vehicles), he met our deadline and delivered the vehicle in the wee hours of the morning just so we wouldn't have to cancel our flight.

After getting the car off the truck, Kenny and my husband found out that the frost cap had come off the engine (a dealership problem), making the car undriveable. Kenny didn't leave us until he helped move the car to an empty parking lot in a well-lit spot. He even suggested that we notify the policeman sitting not far away, so as not to get our car towed during the night. As far as we are concerned, he went above and beyond what was required of him. Although everything that happened with the car was beyond his control, he was very sincere and apologetic for us. Kenny is very kind, was honest with us all the way through, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. Thanks again Pam and Kenny!
