I made a reservation 4 weeks in advance to have my car picked up in WA and transported to AZ. at a price that they said would guarentee priority shipping $600. One day prior to the car being picked up, I called to verify a time for pickup. I was told the driver would call me to make arrangments. I did not hear anything and called Kimberly back the following day. Kimberly advised that she would contact the driver and get back to me as to why the driver hadn't contacted me. She also stated that there was now an additional $125 fee. Hours went by and I never heard from the driver and when she tried to call Kimberly again, she would not answer the calls. Several messages were left for Kimberly. The following day I called Fleet Express and spoke to Kimberly who told me that she could not reach the original driver and that a new one would be sent. That driver was to pick up the car at 12:15 and showed up at 6:00 pm (a day and a half late). I was advised that the vehicle would be picked up on the 15th and delivered to AZ on the 19th. On 8/20 I called to see where the vehcile was as a family member took the day off to meet the driver. When I called the driver, I was advised that the vehilce had NOT left WA state and wouldn't be leaving until the following week 8/29. ANOTER call was placed to the company an our disatisfation was express and Kimberly stated she didnt appreciate our attitude. Medication that I need is now locked in my trunk and the 4 day turn around is going to be 12 days. Kimberly advised that they can delay shipping as long as they wanted (it's in their contract) and if we dont like it, then it's too bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't honor their contracts yet expect the customer to.

ALL THESE ARE STATEMENTS ARE NOT TRUE...ITS A SHAME PEOPLE PUT FAKE REVIEWS ON A SMALL BUSINESS.. GOD BLESS..
