I met Sean at a BMW dealership in Southern California where he was delivering a car. His rig is very clean and impressive and the car he was delivering was priced around $90,000. We discussed briefly what was involved with having a car transported and exchanged business cards.
I called Sean a few weeks later to have my current car transported to the dealership to trade in and my new car transported to my home. Sean contacted the dealership, arranged the date and time, and called me back with the specifics.
He showed up on time for the pick up, called to let me know the old car was delivered and the new car collected and loaded. He also called an hour prior to delivering and showed up on the early side of the estimated delivery time.
Overall a great experience. I will definately call Ford's Transportation Works the next time I need a car transported.
