My car was delivered 4 days later than the date promised. There was never any communication that it would be late or why it was late. Turns out the truck broke down but this was never communicated to either the broker or me. I had to keep calling to get updates and got no answer and rarely got a return call. When it finally was delivered, it was damaged. A part that had been broken off was placed in the driver's door pocket so they obviously knew that they had done damage. I called Ray to let him know about the damage and he would not return my call. When he finally did, all he did was scream at me and deny any responsibility for the damage and called me a liar. I have never, in my life, been treated so rudely by anyone. I would NEVER use this company again and I would encourage everyone to stay FAR AWAY from this company.
