Contacted Fox Auto on 9/11/09 with an available pick up date of 9/20/09. On 9/23/09 I contacted asking the status of my transport. I got a reply that they normally schedule routes 1-5 days after your pickup date. On the 7th business day, I emailed again asking about my transport. This time I got the response that they were going to work on it ASAP. Another week goes by and I hear nothing from the company. I email again stating that I am very agitated and get no response. I call to cancel the order and get no apology whatsoever. I wasted three weeks on this company trying to get my vehicle. I called Bears Transport and had my vehicle 3 days later! DO NOT USE FOX AUTO TRANSPORT!
