Car damaged, late and lied to!

I used Fox before with no problems. This time it's been a nightmare. They used Saw Grass Auto transport and they were late picking up the car. Then as the days passed and no car, and no contact from anyone, I started phoning Fox. They emailed me to call the driver and or dispatcher. Neither would pick up the phone! Finally the dispatcher told me my car would arrive in a few days. WOW... that made the car late... but that's not the worst of it! I waited for the arrival date. Called and asked what time to expect the car. No answer.. hours later the dispatcher called and gave me a time AND told me the car had been in an accident. He said there was snow and the transport had tipped over. Said my car and 5 others were damaged and he promised his company will pay repairs and car rental.
But... no car arrived! I have been on the phone ALL MORNING with Chris at Fox and calling driver and dispatcher. Chris says he is "sorry" and feels helpless to do anything! Driver just called and said he'll be here with the car this afternoon. He told me there was a broken pin on the transporter and a ramp fell and busted by car up. I haven't seen it yet, but it doesn't sound good.

I have been so frustrated not knowing where my car was or when to expect it. And the damage to the car reportedly took place last Saturday! A week ago, but no one called me about it!

I've heard two stories about what happened, I've been told various delivery dates... I'm still waiting to see how much damage there is and WHO is going to pay for it. My hunch is this is the start of another nightmare to get it repaired.

I'd never use Fox again. And RUN, don't walk away from Saw Grass transport.
