I had my new car shipped useing Frank's AS&T and I must say that I was VERY satisfied with the service that was given to me. Frank provided me with several quotes before I made my purchase and was always very helpful, once I had everything figured out the shipping date was set quickly. The car was scheduled to be picked up in Boise, Idaho 2 days after I had contracted the transport and set to arrive in Champlain, NY 5 days later. I had an issue with paperwork on my end and Frank was able to push back the departure date by 1 day without any slowdowns or needs to find another carrier. The driver of the truck was Carlos and he Offered Excellent service. He answered my calls and answered my questions to the best of his abilities, this took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. I had purchased the car online from a dealer without seeing it first hand and I asked the Driver Carlos to inspect it properly before taking it and he had found some scratches under the front bumper, he refused to take the car before speaking to me first about it so that I was aware of the situation. The car arrived on time and in Great condition! Overall, Great price, great service and I would not hesitate to use them again!
