It's the first time we ever shipped a vehicle; we shipped it to our son in the 82nd Airborne in North Carolina. The horror stories on the internet made us dubious and weary about shipping; however, Frank and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they were going to do it. It was EXCELLENT service for the exact price quoted. When our son's deployed, we intend to use Franks Transport again to return the vehicle. If you're leery about vehicle shipping, your fears will go away when you do business with Franks.
