Don't waste your time or money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reason I used the company in the first place is the fact that they matched a competitor's price and the broker was originally very nice and easily contacted. I was told my car would be transported from California to Florida on August 10th and that a carrier would be ready by Bill. I was in daily contact with Bill the broker who repetitively told me "He'd take care of me" and "not to worry". I asked for the contact information of the transfer company, but he would not give it to me. Turns out this is because he didn't initially place me on the list to have my car transported IN THE FIRST PLACE.

When I asked to speak to the main dispatcher Lisette, 2 days before anticipated transport and she finally gave me solid information and said she would put me on said "list", and made an effort to have it picked up August 14th. It was (thank goodness), but didn't actually leave California until August 19, and arrived in Florida on August 24 at 12am. At this point I had been across the country for 10 days without a car.

The car did arrive and the actual transporters were fine, but the broker's agreed upon price which is why I went with the company in the first place ended up being $75 more. I asked for my original invoice to be honored and after 45 minutes of being placed on hold on and off, I was told there was still nothing that could be done.

I regret using this company 100% and when I move my car back to California I might just drive it myself because I regret using the using transport so much.
