They contacted me about moving a backhoe from New Hampshire to Washington, and then to Arizona. Steve seemed shocked when I asked for a contract. He dispatched a truck (or said he did) before he had anything signed & didn't seem to understand how to do the "business" part of the shipment. I got a really bad feeling about the whole thing & finally went with Auto Star Transport, who are very helpful and business like. when I said I wasn't going to do business with Freightmonster, Steve got angry and abusive.
