Never having shipped a vehicle, Rick of From Here To There thoroughly explained the entire process of moving a vehicle and what I should experience. He kept me informed on the progress and stepped in to help assist with a few issues that came up during the transport and delivery. Communications could not have been better. Without getting into details, Rick even went WAY beyond the "call of duty" to resolve an issue with the delivery drivers. I was more than appreciative of what Rick did!!
