This was our first time using a auto Transport Company.We were told that our car would be picked up between 1pm. and 5pm. at 7pm. i called the company to find out where the driver was they told me to call him , i said this is not my job and not what i paid for . Car was finallly picked up at 8:30 pm.this happened Oct. 13 2015. I was also told our car would arrive 3 to 5 days. it took 8 days . Unfortunately we were very disappointed.
