Improperly chained my Chrysler 300 resulting in substantial undercarriage damages rendering vehicle inoperable. Sent me an email stating they would pay for damages in full and then refused when shop contacted them. Despite the email and multiple phone calls with Kathy and Robson when the shop called them they refused to pay the bill in full.
