1st I heard of this, I was never given an opportunity to even find out what happen. After reading this review I called Jessica, no answer! So I text-ed her, (from my cell) what happen? She replies in a text, that she packed jewelry in her trunk and it was missing, (if your wondering why she would pack jewelry (a wedding ring at that) in the trunk of her car to be transported across country, dont worry, so am I?) so I tried to call AGAIN, no answer! If I was missing jewelery, I would not only call right away BUT I would answer the company/guy I am claiming is responsible for it, no? Needless to say, I have made several attempts with no avail to even talk to Jessica, to try and make some sense of this. Throughout our 1000 plus reviews you will NEVER find a complaint of this nature against GET IT DONE, we are family owned and operated broker, ONLY hiring carriers rated 98% or better, with at minimum of 5 years driving experience, (and we provide you the customer a full back ground check of that driver via email) which it why our reputation is impeccable.I hope this shows as a positive and not as a negative that all our reviews are legitimate and done out of the kindness of the customer based on service that was received.
