Another great experience with Dave and Get It Done!

I'm a returning customer to Get It Done Transportation and a very happy one at that! I had to ship my car back from Los Angeles to Michigan and remembered the no-hassle experience I had with Dave (the owner) the first time, so I called him up again and the second time turned out to be even smoother (and the first time was so rushed...I only gave Dave one day's notice and he managed to make it work!).

I called Get It Done about a week in advance of when I needed to ship the car out, and not only did he give me a good quote, but I was lucky enough to be paired with the same truck company that had driven my car out before! It's always an uncomfortable experience giving your car to someone and hoping that it arrives on the other side of the country without any issues, so that added security of working with a familiar face was a nice touch.

I remember when I first shipped my car out and was reading all of these horrible reviews online...it seems like it's very easy to get duped by competing shipping companies. I ALMOST got weaseled by another company the first time (changed their quote on me at the last second, weren't exactly sure when they could pick up my car, etc.), but luckily I made a last-minute decision to go with Get It Done, and now I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Really wonderful, friendly people on the other end of the phone line, 24/7 service, prompt pick-up AND delivery, and never make you feel like you're being a bother when you check up on your car's transport status. Seriously, look no further, Get It Done is just great. Thank you so much Dave, I will be referring people to you whenever the opportunity arises!
