The experience was very easy and not complicated at all. I was given all the details and cost right up front with no changes as the process went forward. The vehicle was picked up as promised, on time and by a very courteous driver, it could not have been any simpler to get things started. I was given a date of delivery and was told by the driver that he would make every effort to meet that date, as he did. My son was notified when the vehicle arrived and it was brought right to his new residence. We are very pleased with how things were handled and would not hesitate to use the service again ! HIGHLY RECOMENDED !!!!
