My son lives in CA and I live in FL. We decided to swap Ford vehicles. There were many phone calls made during this transaction which involved the shipping of two vehicles: one to California and the other from California. Most of the time the phone was answered right away, or the caller got back to me in a reasonable time. The original pickup was a day late, but that was not a problem for me. The original drop off time in California was a day earlier than estimated with only one hours notice. We had planned on that happening and were prepared. The return trip was also a day early with only one hours notice given. That was not a problem for me since I really wanted the vehicle to be delivered; however, I would suggest a back up plan due to the wide range of time given for delivery. The vehicles arrived safe and undamaged. the drivers were very efficient, but English was not their preferred language. I would recommend this service to anyone.
