After speaking with several vendors it was worth selecting this one. I spoke with Sarah and she was detailed oriented, sincere, and answered all my questions. Many of her top qualities was patience, a good listener, respectful, understandable, answered questions/concerns, and follow up until the end making sure everything was taking care of.
